Starting 2025-2026 winters with an absolute delight! A rarity from Meghalaya, produced in the second week of December, this carefully crafted tea might just create a style of its own. Processed like a first flush black, this one brings the winter subtlety to your cup! Made by the wonderful folks at Lakyrsiew Estate, this one is deemed to be one of your favourites very soon!
The dry leaf has a fruity and honey like aroma, when placed on the heated ware, you get notes of milk chocolate, hazelnuts and a hint of perfumy white florals. As you take the first sip, you can experience the freshness of the season through notes of white flower and muscat grapes. As you sip further, you can experience a hint of marigold and more yellow flower sweetness, almost like nectar. It also has dried apricot notes to offer. The aftertaste is of guava, pear and custard apple, talking about custard apple, its creaminess translates in your sip as well. One of the most enjoyable teas this year, we are sure you would enjoy this impeccably made tea.
