Overjoyed to introduce this very special batch from Sikkim, harvested in summer 2023, in the month of June. It is made from a blend of Tukdah 78 and Nanda Devi/TS 378 cultivars at the Bermiok Tea Estate and is pan roasted after finishing(like most oolongs from there). A nano lot of 3.5 kgs, this is the most delicious tea we have tasted this year. Handcrafted and then pan roasted by skillful artisans at the estate, they just keep crafting tiny masterpieces, batch after batch.

The dry leaf has a candy like sweetness, when placed on the heated ware, we get notes of musk and honey. The liquor is where its at, *insert chef's kiss*. The first sip greets you with a delicious note of honey. On further sips, you experience notes of pears, apples and mangoes, while its still hot, you can also taste a little bit of chrysanthemum. When it cools down, the fruit notes become a lot more prominent and the chrysanthemum tones down even further. On further sips, theres a delicious note of sweet gooseberry preserve and musk. This dance of flavours continues till your last sip, leaving you deeply satisfied. Drinking this tea is like eating the finest fruits along with a side of the sweetest honey, making it one of those teas which must be experienced once in your tea drinking lifetime. Enjoy this delicious cup of tea in the coming winter months and make every cup a beautiful experience!
