The "default" Nilgiri tea is here! From Summer 2024 this time, the punchiness is off the roof with this one. The estate making this tea runs through a steep valley ranging from 5400 to 6900 feet. We're happy to have this tea in stock from all three seasons now, winter, autumn and now summer! The last batch we offered of this tea was from 2022 but we're glad to have bought huge quantities to last us years!

The dry leaf smells minty, has hints of peppermint instead of eucalyptus this time. When placed on the heated ware, you can enjoy notes of rose and cream. The infusion is slightly stronger and darker for the summer harvest and has notes of wood and mint upfront. As you sip further, you can enjoy notes of litchi and guavas. There is also a caramel and sugar like sweetness present. As you sip further, you can enjoy notes of agarwood too. As the liquor cools down, you can notice the caramel like sweetness even better with fruity notes of custard apple coming to the front. This is one of our favourite teas when we want a perfect cup of Nilgiri tea since it is almost impossible to mess up, we hope this makes its way into your hearts as well!
