Introducing the second entry in our new and exciting Bihar lineup, the golden tips black tea from 2022 Spring. Like the autumn black, this one too is a fully oxidised black/red tea.

The dry leaf has a jaggery like sweet smell, when placed on the heated ware, this turns into a robust malty and earthy note. The first infusion is sweet and fruity, with notes of sundried mangoes and orange with a hint of malt. The second infusion packs a stronger punch with notes of malt taking center stage and the mango taking to the background. There is a pleasant dryness on the finish, which was very enjoyable and made it especially refreshing to drink. The third infusion is more fruity, with notes of dried kiwi and apricots, the sundried mango is still present along with a honey note. The dance of flavours continues till you can and leaves you with a refreshing aftertaste of these fruits.  This is one of the more roubust blacks from the region and is great to relax with after a long day of work!
